Hi!
I see a lot of familiar names here, heh. So, I'm LGM, and I live in Texas! I breed pet type mice, and in addition have quite a zoo of non-mouskers family members. Currently, that includes a few fish tanks (I have an undying love for African Cichlids), a rabbit, two cats, three snakes, three ratties, and two tarantulas.

It's impossible for me to do just one thing at once, so I might be a bit scatterbrained. I love reading, art, dance, motorcycles, video games, sciences outside of my field (microbio), and just about everything, honestly. I'm very ADHD, and it shows in just about everything I (try to) do!
I have three personal goals in breeding mice (besides the general joy of keeping mice). First, to become as knowledgeable as I can about their genetics, health, afflictions, and husbandry. I worship the folks at jaxlab, and if I thought I could get a job with them I'd move to Maine in a heartbeat. Mice in labs are of particular interest to me. I might ask a lot of questions, but I feel like a bottomless well - I just gotta know everything! As a result, my learning curve over the past few months has been very steep, and I hope it always continues. Second, to improve the health and care of mice as feeders. It started me in breeding them, and I hope to someday leave a notable impact on both the treatment of, and consequently the health of, feeder mice. I could talk for hours on them. Third, to bring the hobby to my area. Texas is basically halfway between everything, and very few people here realize there is a fancy mice...fancy, lol. I would like to spread the word of mice as pets and show animals, and encourage the proper and responsible keeping of them in my state.
I look forward to chatting here!
